We include a 10oz bottle of Trent’s BBQ sauce on the side. As always our pork is prepared “naked” (sauceless). Should feed 15. A safe range is 10 – 20 just depends. Our BBQ Pork is prepared simply with a light kosher salt seasoning, slow cooked in rotisserie cookers with hardwood smoke for 12 – 14 hours, processed on site and immediately sent to refrigeration.
